RAGS vs Walton Heath GC 2018
By Eddie GraceMatchesAn excellent day out at Walton Heath where the Tercentenary trophy was retained. The team mirrored England’s performance at Lords with a disappointing morning losing 4-2. Having lunched well a strong recovery in the afternoon saw a final result of 6-6. RAGS retain having won last year.
The relationship with the club is one that RAGS treasures – as has tended to be the case in recent years, Walton Heath was represented by the Captain and several other former captains also played. The course as ever was in great nick and lunch was suitably magnificent.
We are fortunate indeed to have such an excellent fixture on our card.
